Every client’s journey is different. For this reason, Lisa begins with a free information session to better understand your goals, challenges and the changes you would like to create.
From there, coaching sessions can be structured in a way that best supports your needs.
Combining Coaching with Deeper Work
While life coaching can be extremely valuable on its own, many clients choose to combine coaching with Time Line Therapy® techniques.
This allows emotional blocks and limiting beliefs to be addressed directly, often making it easier to implement the changes discussed in coaching sessions.
