Using a combination of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, hypnosis and coaching techniques, Lisa works with clients to release the emotional blocks that keep them stuck and help them move toward the life they truly want to create.

Personal Breakthrough Work

One of the most transformative offerings at A First Step is The Full Personal Breakthrough process, a structured programme combining NLP techniques, Time Line Therapy®, parts integration and hypnosis.

The journey begins with an in-depth discovery session where Lisa learns about your personal history and the patterns that may be influencing your current experiences. From there, a series of guided sessions help release negative emotions (which are not good for your body, in fact negative emotions cause dis-ease and dis-order in our body, as well as limiting beliefs which keep us stuck in the same cycles.  When we release these we unlock wisdom you already hold within you in your unconscious mind as well as create new mental frameworks that support the life you want to build.

Coaching Designed Around You

Every person’s healing journey is different. That’s why Lisa begins with a free information session where you can discuss your goals, challenges and what you would like to change. In this information session you are able to assess if this process is something you feel is a good fit for your personal healing journey, with zero pressure.

From there, a coaching approach can be designed around your specific needs — whether that includes personal breakthrough work, ongoing coaching, hypnosis or specialised techniques such as Family Constellation facilitation.
